Overview Head of Sales – UK & Benelux at Arrow Electronics. Individual contributor position with future growth potential into a leadership role.
Responsibilities Independently contribute and manage future team.
Hunt, prospect, grow large accounts to provide annuity‐based engineering services.
Engage customers in Embedded/Software/Digital services space.
Expand revenue and existing clients with design centers outside Bay Area.
Run complete sales process: client communication, on‐site presentations, proposals, negotiation, deal signing.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets.
Build optimal sales pipeline through prospecting and other sales process goals.
Develop strong, long‐term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms.
Qualifications 5–15 years experience in Digital and Embedded engineering services sales to large enterprise clients.
B.E./B.S./B.Tech Engineering.
MBA desirable.
Track record of achieving sales quota 5–10M+ and large account management.
Aggressive prospecting of new and existing customers.
Establish and cultivate business relationships with director and VP engineering management.
Experience in offshore services company in Hi‐Tech, Medical Devices, Industrial, and Mobility domains.
Good technical skills in Digital and Embedded engineering and consultative selling.
Experience managing a sales team; inside sales team preferred.
Fluency in English.
Business travel availability – 30% within UK and Benelux regions.
