For one of our customers, who is a leader in Innovative technology, based in Heverlee (Leuven). We are looking for an

Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a specific category of business contracts.

Your key tasks will include:

* Applying the business approval flow before initiating internal and external signature procedures (both paper-based and electronic).
* Handling the signature process and ensuring clear communication regarding the status of each contract.
* Documenting all actions accurately in CRM and SharePoint.
* Learning and implementing the approval flow for the designated contract type.
* Drafting and communicating quotations as part of the contract process.

Required Knowledge and Skills

* Affinity with paralegal work is considered a strong asset.
