As a Bids and Contracts Officer BELUX NL/EN, you will manage the end-to-end process of tenders, contracts, and commercial offers, from publication to expiration. You'll support internal teams with contract setup, ensure accurate offer management, and coordinate with departments like Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to streamline workflows. This position covers Belgium and Luxembourg, with 2-3 days per week on-site in Brussels.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in tenders, contract management, procurement, or a related area
* Fluent in Dutch with solid English communication skills
* Skilled in contract administration, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
* Detail-oriented and structured, with strong interpersonal communication abilities
* Excellent time management and ability to prioritise effectively
* Proactive, self-driven team player with a positive mindset
