PwC Advisory offers multiple possibilities. Under the expert stewardship of our Advisory experts you’ll delve into the inner workings of companies to find the best solutions for any challenge they might have – from the excitement of deals to consulting complexities, and the realm of risks and forensics. Your work will help clients nurture trust and maintain their evolutionary edge.
Responsibilities
* Focus on supply chain manufacturing processes in operations.
* Analyze issues and proactively solve them with your project team, using PwC best practices and benchmarks to improve processes and organizations.
* Utilize advanced technologies to address challenging issues.
* Be responsible for providing top‑quality deliverables to clients.
* Play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
* Contribute to achieving our company’s commercial goals by helping Partners and Directors with business development initiatives.
* Collaborate with PwC’s international community and contribute to the development of thought‑leadership articles.
* Manage and coach junior people on and off the job.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in economics, (bio‑)engineering, business administration, sciences or comparable by experience.
* Manufacturing experience in one of the four main industries (Pharma & Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing & Automotive, or Energy, Utilities, Resources and Chemicals).
* 4‑5 years of experience.
* Experience with continuous improvement or operational excellence is a plus.
* Previous consulting experience is a plus.
* Ability to combine specialist technical knowledge, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with consulting skills (project management, presentation, communication) while working directly with management and employees on the client’s premises.
* A client‑centric mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Proactive mindset, with the ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships between individuals, teams and lines of business.
* Remarkable listening and communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
* Experience in managing teams and developing people.
* Fluent in English and French.
* Travel to clients may be required.
