The role encompasses managing projects from design to final delivery, focusing on clean utilities such as compressed air, clean steam, water for injection, and nitrogen, as well as black utilities like steam, city water, cooling water, nitrogen, and vacuum. The utilities may involve generation, storage, and distribution.
