Your impact
You’ll be the go-to person for our clients — the one who helps everything click.
From onboarding to day-to-day support, you’ll ensure our customers feel confident, heard, and well taken care of. Your job is all about building trust, understanding needs, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
What you’ll do
* Guide clients through platform usage and best practices, offering training and support where needed
* Configure and tailor our solutions to meet specific client requirements
* Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, helpful guidance
* Build strong relationships and help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Tech teams to deliver a seamless experience
What we're looking for
* 0–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Support, or a similar client-facing role
* Native Dutch speaker with solid French and English
* A proactive mindset and a knack for solving problems
* Friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping others succeed
* A background in psychology is a plus (not required)
