Description:
* Assist in the planning and organisation of programme activities, events, and meetings.
* Prepare and distribute programme related reports, memos and correspondence.
* Collaborate with all staff to ensure the smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
* Communicate with programme participants, stakeholders, and partners as needed.
* Prepare and manage technical aspects of online meetings and webinars.
* Help prepare and maintain budgets and financial records for programme work.
* Issue and track invoices and payments.
* Assist creating/updating programme web content for newsletters, websites.
* Creative design of webinar posters, invitations, banners.
* Linguistic proofreading articles (academic and other) for publishing purposes.
Profil
* An interest to contribute to the mission of the organisation.
* An open, welcoming attitude with a wish to find solutions.
* Administrative experience from an NGO or comparable.
* Experience from international and inter-cultural interaction and dynamics.
* Capability to work in a small, diverse and international team.
* Good interpersonal skills and team player abilities.
* IT literacy within Office 365, Teams and SharePoint, knowledge of CiviCRM is an asset.
* Communication skills and experience are an asset.
* Fluent in English and French any other European language is an asset.
* A flexible and robust mindset, with a willingness to travel occasionally.
