We are looking for an extremely motivated Sales and/or Compliance professional to grow our business in Luxembourg.
This role is focused on developing the business of a Regtech company providing solutions to Risk & Compliance decision makers within the fund industry.
The group is a PAN-European Regtech platform composed of several complementary entities delivering regulatory solutions and services to the Asset Management industry. It provides expertise in risk calculations, regulatory reporting, as well as investor onboarding software solutions.
What you'll be doing
Conduct Sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and clients
Identify and outreach prospects across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on cold calling
Manage the full Sales cycle from lead identification to contract signature
Prepare and manage commercial proposals, negotiations and deal closing
Work closely with the Product team to provide market feedback and contribute to product evolution
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth and successful client onboarding
Interact daily with international teams including Marketing, Product and Professional Services as part of the group's strategic development initiatives
Profile required
Must have:
Fluency in English is required, French and/or German are a strong plus
5+ years of experience
Knowledge of the fund industry
Strong understanding of Risk & Compliance processes, ideally within a KYC/AML environment (Mandatory)
Ability to understand and discuss IT tools and system integrations
Proven ability to build a network during professional events
Nice to have:
Master's degree in Finance or a business‑related field
SaaS Sales experience in an international environment
