Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Sales Growth: Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from initial contact and consultation through to proposal preparation and contract closure.
* Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with a team to coordinate efforts that enhance the sales process and develop strategic plans to meet company goals.
Requirements:
* A degree in a relevant field such as technical studies, economics, metallurgy, or process engineering.
* Experience with production and business processes in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the metal industry.
* A solid understanding of production business processes and software solutions combined with strong IT affinity.
* Several years of sales experience in SCM and MES solutions, as well as IT project management, ideally within the metal industry.
* Demonstrated sales expertise with a flexible approach and strong business acumen, proven track record of successfully closing contracts.
* Knowledge of international contract management and contract law.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Business fluency in English, French, and Spanish is required, with proficiency in German considered an advantage.
