Responsibilities
You will hold a senior position in the organisation, serve as the intendant's right-hand person and have a seat on the executive and management committees;
You will act as an internal advisor to the intendant and management, and make a substantial contribution towards defining and implementing the organisation's strategy;
You will map the needs and requirements of the organisation in terms of day-to-day operations, digitalisation and operational optimisation;
You will lead the administrative and financial team and monitor the priorities that have been set;
You will maintain an operational overview of the organisation as a whole and manage working groups and projects with internal (and external) partners in this area to promote and streamline cooperation;
You will organise and lead the digitalisation of the organisation and ensure that its implementation runs smoothly, maintaining a focus on budget and technical feasibility;
As a expert in budgeting, you will process all budgetary information and work out proposals, both for the BNO and for the NOP production company, provide financial and budgetary reporting and help to ensure smooth operation within the TaxShelter framework.
Profile
You preferably have a master's degree and can offer at least 10 years of relevant experience working in budget management and/or financial reporting, as well as experience in digitising processes;
Knowledge of the cultural sector is strongly recommended;
You are a talented organiser with a practical, problem-solving, results-oriented approach;
You can manage complex schedules smoothly and know how to maintain an overview;
You are good at planning your own work and capable of completing a wide range of tasks in a self-directed way, while still working meticulously and maintaining an eye for detail;
You speak and write Dutch and/or French fluently or you are willing to learn both languages (level B1 and/or B2);
You have a fluent working knowledge of English;
You are enthusiastic and know how to persuade and motivate employees with clear and targeted communication;
You are a critical thinker, oriented towards change and capable of persuading others to join you on the journey.
