We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Site Manager to lead our warehousing and distribution operations at Willebroek, Belgium. You’ll have full P&L responsibility and play a critical role in delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth in line with Maersk’s regional WnD strategy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
2. Full P&L ownership – including budgeting, performance monitoring, and cost optimization.
3. Drive continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and operational efficiency.
4. Oversee contract management, customer relationships, and business growth.
5. Ensure HSSE and regulatory compliance across all activities.
6. Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a safety-first culture.
7. Collaborate with regional and global teams to execute the WnD strategy.
What We’re Looking For
8. Proven experience in site or warehouse management (preferably in large-scale or omnichannel logistics).
9. Strong operational and leadership skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.
11. Financial acumen with the ability to manage and act on P&L results.
12. Strong understanding of local market dynamics and compliance standards.
13. Fluency in English and Dutch.
