Job description:
We are looking for a Business and Service Designer who can bridge customer insight, business strategy, and service experience design. You will lead discovery and framing work, translating complex business problems and customer needs into high-impact, feasible service concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end service design tracks across business domains.
* Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders around value propositions, service blueprints, and strategic outcomes.
* Translate business requirements and customer insights into clear, actionable service flows and experiences.
* Map and optimize end-to-end cross-channel service journeys.
* Identify systemic challenges and opportunities across business units or functions.
* Collaborate with UX, PO, tech, and data teams to ensure services are desirable, viable, and feasible.
* Support business case development and MVP definition.
Must Have:
* 4+ years in business design, service design, or strategy roles.
* Experience with enterprise platforms, B2B services, or public sector ecosystems.
* Strong facilitation, systems thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficient in Miro/Mural, blueprinting, and service design methodologies.
