We are currently supporting one of our key clients in the insurance sector who is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (FP&A) to join their Finance department in Brussels. Position: FP&A Analyst Location: Brussels (hybrid work environment) Contract: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting. Contribute to annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting. Prepare financial reports and management information. Support regulatory and statutory reporting processes. Perform financial analysis, mainly focused on Property & Casualty and Marine insurance lines. Assist with automation and continuous improvement of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial strategy and planning. Support best practices within the FP&A team across the group. Your Profile: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. At least 5 years of experience in a financial analyst or FP&A role. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong plus. Solid knowledge of accounting and reporting processes. Familiarity with financial systems such as CODA, Power BI, Oracle is an asset. Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
