Identify, prioritise, and implement Lean improvements to enhance safety, quality, service levels, and efficiency. Build and execute CI roadmaps aligned with plant objectives.Lead Kaizen workshops and ensure improvement projects deliver measurable results.Analyse process performance and drive root‑cause investigations.Use Lean tools such as VSM, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management to optimise workflows. Support implementation of data collection and MES‑related systems. Coach and mentor operational teams on Lean and Six Sigma tools (Kaizen, SMED, PDCA, etc.).Develop problem‑solving capabilities and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.Work closely with production, maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to support operational excellence.
