As a Freelance Project Manager Facade Construction your responsibilities are:
* Lead and manage façade construction projects from initiation to final delivery
* Create, monitor, and safeguard project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements
* Ensure smooth and efficient collaboration between all internal and external stakeholders
* Coordinate internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on construction sites
* Identify potential risks or issues and implement timely corrective actions
* Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to management
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
A successful Freelance Project Manager Facade Construction should have:
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in façade construction or a closely related construction sector
* Proven experience managing projects between €2M and €10M
* Strong knowledge of aluminium façade systems, construction processes, and industry standards is a strong advantage
* Ability to perform under pressure with a customer- and results-driven approach
* Demonstrated experience leading and motivating project teams
* Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Office)
* Language skills: Dutch: fluent (spoken and written), French: good professional working knowledge
