You ensure that the entire e-commerce team, from SEO to CRO, knows exactly where the opportunities lie to accelerate our international growth.
What will you do?
In this role, your primary focus is translating data into insights.
* Data Insights & Strategic Advice
* This is where you add the most weight. You analyze performance, identify trends, and translate complex results into concrete, actionable insights. You are a strategic advisor to the e-commerce team, pinpointing exactly where we can optimize the customer journey.
* Data Structure & Shopify Integration
* To get the best insights, you need the best data. You dive into our databases and work closely with IT to ensure a seamless data flow. You'll take ownership of our Shopify data integration, ensuring all sources are correctly mapped and cleaned.
* Power BI Dashboards
* You design and build intuitive dashboards in Power BI that make data accessible for everyone. You visualize the full customer funnel—from SEO tracking to CRO test results, ensuring KPIs are always top-of-mind.
* Team Empowerment
* You are the internal consultant for data-driven decision-making. You help colleagues move away from "gut feelings" by providing them with the facts and clear analyses they need to succeed.
Who are you?
* 3 to 5 years of experience in an analytical role where you’ve proven you can make data talk.
* You have deep knowledge of Power BI and are experienced in data modelling. If you’ve worked with Shopify data before, that’s a significant advantage.
* Terms like conversion rate, ROAS, and funnel attribution are your daily bread and butter.
* You can simplify complex technical matters into clear, persuasive stories for your colleagues. You work accurately and are fluent in English.
