You will work across the stack—Python backend, SQL databases, and JavaScript/Next.js frontend—collaborating with experts to design scalable systems, ensure interoperability with LCA tools, and deliver a clean, user-friendly experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement scalable features for supply chain impact modeling
* Develop and maintain Python backend logic and APIs
* Design and manage SQL database structures
* Build and refine frontend components with a strong focus on UX/UI
* Ensure interoperability with existing LCA tools and data formats
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to code quality improvements
* Present progress regularly and incorporate expert feedback
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in Python software development
* Proven ability to work within and extend large codebases collaboratively
* Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, xphnsxz and robust code
* Experience in at least one of the following:
* Life-Cycle Assessment tools and formats (e.g., ILCD, Brightway, ecoSpold)
* SQL database design and management
* JavaScript/Next.js development with a focus on user experience

* Background in semiconductor manufacturing, materials science, or chemical engineering
