Scrum Master
Are you a passionate Scrum Master who thrives on empowering teams, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a true Agile mindset. You will ensure a deep understanding and correct application of Agile principles, helping the team maximize project outcomes while protecting them from internal and external distractions.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
* Schedule and monitor key Agile milestones
* Ensure the smooth and effective use of Scrum methodology
* Support the team in managing the Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog
* Safeguard the Definition of Done (DoD)
* Track and monitor team capacity and velocity
* Ensure backlog consistency in Jira
* Proactively manage risks and issues
Agile Coaching & Methodology
* Promote gradual team self-organization
* Remove barriers to team effectiveness
* Protect the team from external disruptions
* Coach stakeholders and business lines on effective Agile collaboration
* Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
* Master’s degree or equivalent experience
* Certified Scrum Master
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
* Fluent in French and English
Technical Expertise (Mandatory)
* Strong knowledge of Agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Jira)
* Understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and CI tooling
* Solid knowledge of software development methodologies
* Strong project management methodology knowledge
Business Expertise
* Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and techniques
* Strong Agile mindset with coaching experience
* Banking sector experience (mandatory)
