Third-Party Due Diligence Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented compliance professional to support third-party due diligence activities. This role is focused on anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) risk management, vendor oversight, and ensuring all processes are audit-ready and compliant with global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage multiple third-party due diligence cases simultaneously
* Review and validate due diligence questionnaires and supporting documentation
* Identify and track ABAC-related red flags and follow up with stakeholders for mitigation
* Maintain accurate records in due diligence and workflow systems
* Prepare case summaries, reports, and documentation for compliance review
* Support audit readiness, reporting, and data quality checks
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Compliance, Legal, and Operations
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, Risk Management, or related field
* Proven experience in compliance, ABAC, or third-party risk management
* Strong understanding of anti-bribery and anti-corruption principles
* Excellent organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder coordination skills
* Proficiency with MS Office and workflow or case management systems
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
* Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP-I) or relevant professional training
* Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other highly regulated industries
