For a multinational company active in the production and trading of raw materials, we are currently looking for an Accounting & Administrative Officer to join their small 5-people team.

In this very diversified role, you will act as the CEO's right-hand (wo)man in the daily administration of the company.

This role is perfect for a precise, structured and autonomous person willing to take up a new challenge.

Accounting & Administrative Officer – The Role

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Prepare the annual budgets for several entities
* Monitor cash flow and payments
* Act as the point of contact for the external accounting firms and auditors
* Manage recruitments and onboardings, act as the point of contact for employees in the company
* Identify new suppliers when required, manage negotiations with current vendors

Accounting & Administrative Officer – About You

* You have obtained a relevant bachelor's degree (finance, accounting, HR, business administration..)
* You have between 1 and 5 years of experience in a similar role
* You are fluent in French and English, Hebrew is a strong asset
* You know your way around excel
* You are currently based in Belgium
* You are precise, meticulous, and able to work with a large degree of autonomy
