Job Description:
* Ensure overall governance of the project.
* Coordinate business and IT stakeholders.
* Manage operations and oversee quality.
* Validate requirements and developments.
* Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Governance & PMO Office
* Set up and operate the PMO Office for the project.
* Define and maintain management processes (planning, reporting, risks, dependencies, decisions) using Prince2 (project) and Agile Scrum (development).
* Structure and lead governance committees (Steering Committee).
* Consolidate key indicators (KPI, progress, budget, risks, quality).
2. Planning & Follow-up
* Build and maintain the overall program schedule.
* Track milestones, deliverables, and inter-team dependencies.
* Identify, analyze, and monitor risks and outcomes.
* Propose and manage mitigation plans.
3. Organization and Facilitation of Workshops
* Plan, structure, and facilitate business–IT workshops.
* Coordinate participation of business experts, business analysts, functional analysts, and IT architects.
* Ensure clear objectives, precise framing, and formalized deliverables.
* Follow up on actions and decisions resulting from workshops.
4. Requirements Management
* Implement a requirements management framework (processes, templates, tools).
* Ensure structured requirements collection, traceability (business → functional → technical → development), and formal validation by stakeholders.
* Manage change requests effectively.
5. Quality & Documentation
* Define and enforce documentation standards.
* Ensure deliverables are complete, consistent, validated, and versioned.
* Check alignment between validated requirements, designed solutions, and delivered developments.
* Support testing phases (UAT, business validation).
6. Coordination Business – IT
* Act as a central interface between business and IT.
* Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts.
* Align business expectations with technical constraints.
* Ensure mutual understanding of issues and priorities.
