Responsibilities and Qualifications
The responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing proactive calendar management and scheduling support.
* Assisting with the preparation and proofreading of presentations and briefing materials.
* Handling confidential correspondence and managing expenses, invoices, and administrative follow-up.
* Planning internal and external meetings and events.
* Acting as the main liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar PA or EA role.
* Fluency in French and English.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Reliability and a strong work ethic.
