Mission description:
Lead the Manufacturing domain delivery with S/4HANA global migration, orchestrating end-to-end activities across production planning, plant maintenance, and warehouse management modules integrated with MES systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Domain Leadership
* End-to-end orchestration of Manufacturing scope (PP, PM, WM/IM modules)
* Lead mixed teams: Business Solution Experts, IT experts, Infosys integrator, key users
* Manage deliverables across Braine (BE), Bulle (CH), and Japan manufacturing sites
Testing & Go-Live
* Oversee OQ, PQ, and UAT testing phases for Manufacturing
* Drive cutover preparation and data migration execution
* Ensure hypercare readiness through October 2026 business go-live
Integration Management
* Coordinate with Supply Chain, QA, Finance, Procurement domains
* Ensure seamless SAP-MES integration and scheduling system connectivity
* Manage cross-domain dependencies and risks
Must-Have Requirements:
Technical Expertise
* 4-6 years SAP experience with ECC in S/4HANA migration background
* Deep knowledge of manufacturing modules: PP, PM, WM/IM
* Proven MES and scheduling system integration experience
* Programme/delivery management for large SAP initiatives
Leadership Skills
* Natural leadership with stakeholder challenge ability
* Cross-functional team orchestration (IT, Business, integrators)
* Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities
* Fluent in English (French highly preferred for end-user interactions)
Nice-to-Have:
* Pharmaceutical/GxP environment experience
* UCB SAP landscape familiarity
* Hypercare and complex go-live expertise
* BW to BDC migration, EWCM, ISM knowledge
