TRAUM is looking for a creative and strategic marketer who gains energy from building a strong club identity and community. Someone who can think conceptually as well as execute operationally, and who understands the rhythm of an active club environment.
You will be responsible for the entire marketing and communication structure of TRAUM, from ticketing and content to strategy and analysis.
Description: Marketing & communication
Setting up and managing ticket shops via See Tickets for TRAUM and external promoters
Keeping the events calendar up to date (website and Linktree)
Correctly publishing events, ticket links, and practical information
Overseeing operational preparations such as scanners and monitoring ticket flow
Social Media, Content & Community
Developing and executing the social media strategy
Creating and scheduling content across all channels
Ensuring the quality and consistency of internal and external content
Building a community around TRAUM, both online and in the club
Managing DMs and feedback, or guiding interns in doing so
Email Marketing & Automation
Segmentation of target audiences and setting up email campaigns
Developing automation flows for communication and loyalty
Paid Advertising
Setting up and optimizing digital campaigns based on data
Creating and delivering visuals and ad content
Organizing physical campaigns when relevant
Strategy & Brand Building
Developing an annual marketing strategy linked to programming
Defining and monitoring quarterly objectives (reach, conversion, capacity)
Managing and optimizing the marketing budget
Identifying partnerships, collaborations, and new promotional opportunities
Developing loyalty programs and early-access systems
Analysis & Optimization
Reporting on ticket funnels, campaigns, and content performance
Proposing optimizations for marketing, programming, and budgets
Monitoring analytics across all channels
Brand & Communication
Consistently safeguarding the TRAUM brand identity
Reputation management and communication with the public, artists, and press
Coordination
Managing freelancers, the mediateam, and external partners
Providing weekly marketing updates within the team
Profile

Comfortable in a fast-paced, production-driven environment with multiple simultaneous events
Strong in content, community, and digital campaigns
Independent, organized, and results-oriented
