Weâre looking for a Senior Application Support Agent to join our Brussels-based team and help ensure smooth operations for business-critical applications in an international environment.
đĄ What youâll do
â
Be the first point of contact for end users (application questions & incidents)
â
Handle and document requests following ITIL best practices
â
Monitor and coordinate ticket resolution with IT teams
â
Investigate issues using SQL and database troubleshooting
â
Work with Oracle / relational databases
â
Escalate complex cases to development teams and follow up until closure
â
Maintain and improve documentation đ (manuals, FAQs, wikis, dashboards)
â
Contribute to team operations, performance reviews, and service improvement
đ§ What you bring
â 3+ years of experience in application support / service support
â Strong experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow is a plus!)
â Strong SQL skills + good database knowledge (Oracle preferred)
â Understanding of REST / SOAP and system integrations
â Comfortable working in an ITIL-based support environment
â Great communication skills in English & French đŁïž
â Analytical mindset + structured troubleshooting approach
