Chief Marketing Officer

We are seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand, and fuel business growth. This strategic leadership position requires a deep understanding of emerging technologies, brand positioning, and digital marketing trends.



Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth objectives.
* Strengthen the brand as a trusted leader in Web3, blockchain, and DID technology. Lead messaging, positioning, and storytelling efforts across all touchpoints.
* Oversee lead generation and performance marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition and drive revenue growth.
* Leverage SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media to boost brand visibility and engagement. Drive growth via paid and organic channels.
* Create and manage content strategy, including whitepapers, blogs, press releases, case studies, and LinkedIn marketing.
* Identify and build strategic partnerships with media, influencers, and industry organizations to amplify the brand's reach.
* Utilize data analytics and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track ROI, and refine strategies accordingly.
* Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
* Work closely with product, sales, and executive teams to align marketing strategies with product development and business goals.



Key Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or Marketing Director in a tech-driven, fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to position brands as industry leaders through strategic messaging, storytelling, and content.
* Strong experience in demand generation, customer acquisition, and performance marketing.
* Knowledge of blockchain, Web3, and decentralized identity (DID) technologies is highly preferred.
* Deep experience in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and marketing automation tools.
* Proficiency in using data analytics to drive decision-making, improve performance, and track marketing KPIs.
* Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire stakeholders and external audiences.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by extensive industry experience.



Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience marketing Web3, blockchain, or decentralized identity (DID) products.
* Proven success in leading B2B marketing strategies, especially in emerging technology sectors.
* Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools (like HubSpot), and data visualization platforms.
