Project Lead Internal Sales

Your future job

As Project Lead, you will be part of the project cell within the Internal Sales Team of the Panels division. In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis and optimization of business processes within internal sales, based on business requirements and best practices.

1. You will work closely with the different internal sales teams to identify improvement opportunities by analyzing current workflows, systems, and performance metrics. You will also be responsible for the prioritization of issues logged, testing, and implementation of solutions.
2. Additionally, you will write and maintain sales procedures and provide training to end-users.
3. A key part of your role will be to translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure alignment with IT capabilities. You will act as a key liaison between internal sales and IT teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution throughout project lifecycles.
4. You will also be involved in broader improvement and integration projects, aligning with stakeholders across sales, supply chain, and IT.
5. One of our key initiatives is the further optimization of our order-to-cash flow, which involves an A-to-Z analysis of current processes and will lead to multiple sub-projects requiring detailed planning and execution.
6. Throughout all projects, you will monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones, contributing significantly to our future way of working and enhancing our service to customers. #LI-MD1

Who are you?

7. You have a master’s degree with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in project management, preferably in sales operations or process improvement roles.
8. You are IT savvy and know the ins & outs of the SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
9. You have a keen interest in sales and customer service and process optimization.
10. You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
11. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and know how to manage change. You know where to push when needed.
12. You have a proactive and hands-on approach, with a focus on problem solving and continuous improvement. This means you're not afraid to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
13. You have a customer-oriented mindset.
14. You speak Dutch and English fluently. Proficiency in French is a strong asset.
