Overview
Role: As an SAP Finance Consultant, you support our clients in transforming and optimizing their financial processes using SAP’s latest technologies. You translate complex business challenges into robust, scalable, and future‑proof SAP solutions, while guiding customers through the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and understand financial business requirements and translate them into clear SAP functional specifications.
* Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance solutions (e.g., FI, CO, AA, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Universal Ledger / ACDOCA).
* Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to define scope, validate requirements, and ensure solution alignment.
* Support testing activities, integration validation, cutover preparation, and go‑live phases.
* Provide expert advice on SAP best practices and help customers adopt a standard‑first approach.
* Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and other functional domains to ensure end‑to‑end process consistency.
* Coach, support, and mentor junior consultants to strengthen the team’s capability.
Your Profile
You are a finance-minded SAP expert with strong analytical skills and a passion for translating business needs into high‑quality SAP solutions. You enjoy working in customer‑facing environments, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering value through digital transformation.
You Bring
* A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, IT, or a related field
* At least 3–5 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO or related modules)
* Solid understanding of core finance processes: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Financial Closing
* Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance is a strong advantage
* SAP trainings or certifications are a plus
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a focus on pragmatic, fit‑for‑purpose solutions
* Team spirit and excellent communication skills
* Ability to coach, train, and support junior colleagues
* Customer‑oriented, quality‑driven, and results‑focused mindset
