Description:
We are looking for an IT Support / IT Care Technician to join our team in Belgium.
Your responsibilities:
* Install, distribute and maintain end-user hardware and software (devices, printing, workplace software)
* Handle service requests and access management
* Provide user support and accurately log technical incidents
* Analyze tickets and metrics to identify recurring issues
* Suggest technical improvements to enhance user experience and team efficiency
Your profile:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering — or equivalent experience
* Proficient with: Windows, Office 365, Intune, Active Directory, ITIL
* Fluent in French and Dutch (mandatory), good command of English in an IT context
* Customer-oriented, strong communicator, team player
