We are looking for a
Warehouse Operations Specialist
to work with our expert Warehouse and Logistics team of over 90 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Warehouse and Logistics? Then we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
* Manage the inventory process in the warehouse, cycle counting setups, physical inventory, stock scrapping process and other inventory related processes. Report out on and track ageing inventory.
* Oversee the overall warehouse complaint case management, in close cooperation with 3PL, QA & Supplier Quality teams. Support internal and customer quality audits.
* Train & Coach 3PL warehouse operations teams on any inventory or quality related process changes. Manage the changes to ensure successful deployment of changes with operations.
* Recommend improvements to existing processes. Participate in or drive kaizen events for continuous improvement of warehouse processes using Danaher set of operational excellence tools
Job Requirements
* Min 3 years' experience in warehouse, logistics or distributin environment
* Experience in managing inventory related processes like cycle counting, annual physical inventory
* Quality Assurance / Supplier quality experience
* Proficient with excel and other analytical tools
* Undergraduate Degree/bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management
It would be a plus if you have experience in:
* Experience in CRM / ERP / QMS
* Operations Excellence tools, Lean, Six Sigma
* Dutch is a plus
