* Installation and configuration of workstations, servers, and network infrastructure.
* Applying cybersecurity best practices and managing endpoint and backup solutions.
* Supporting and managing Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
* Configuring and maintaining firewalls, switching, and wireless networks.
* Integrating and installing specialized equipment in medical environments.
* Deploying and maintaining MS SQL databases.
* Performing on-site interventions and providing 1st and 2nd line support via phone and remote tools.
* Thinking along with customers and proposing commercial solutions that strengthen their IT environment and improve their workflows.
Profile?
* Strong foundation in system engineering and familiar with Windows environments.
* Knowledge of networking and security (firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi).
* Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and integration.
* Skills in SQL database management and troubleshooting.
* Interest in cybersecurity and data protection.
* Customer-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently.
* Commercial mindset: able to identify and propose solutions that fit the customer’s needs.
* Willing to perform both remote support and on-site interventions.
* Experience in the medical sector is a plus, but not required.
