5. Expense claim input and follow-up
6. Efficient In-Box management, following-up in a timely manner
7. Draft, format and proof-read correspondence, reports, contracts and presentations
8. Prepare and enter timesheets. Coordinate billing
9. Filing and archiving
10. Management of the CRM
11. 1 year as Management Assistant in a similar group
12. Excellent English (written and spoken) and good spoken French
13. Sound Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
14. Confident in skills ability, capable of working independently and with colleagues
15. Able to prioritise and multitask
16. Good communication skills and client focused
17. Reliable, discrete and trustworthy
18. A problem solver with good attention to detail
