Job Description:
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced service managers to join our team on a permanent employment or freelance basis. As a consultant at Xedis, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to their challenges. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments and contribute to the success of our clients through your participation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as HR, IT, Management, or Economics, or equivalent practical experience
* At least 5 years of experience in defining, implementing, and improving IT Service Management
* ITIL Foundation certification, with additional ITIL certifications an asset
* Proficiency in Dutch and French, with a working knowledge of English
* Knowledge of SIAM is a must
