Senior) Scientist - Strategic Partnership
at Quantoom Biosciences, located in Nivelles. The
(Senior) Scientist
will lead and support strategic R&D initiatives, create and manage partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and scientific approaches.
This role will involve designing and optimizing RNA sequences, providing expert advice, identifying new collaboration opportunities, and representing the company at industry events and conferences. Additionally, the
(Senior) Scientist
will contribute to the development of innovative RNA-based solutions and drive their successful implementation.
Qualifications:
* Expertise in RNA technologies, including mRNA/saRNA drug product development and RNA sequence design and optimization
* Experience in strategic R&D management, including collaboration building and partnership development
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
* Effective communication, networking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex scientific concepts
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple projects effectively
* Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, or a related field
* Previous experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or RNA therapeutics is highly desirable
