Mission
Within the Customer Project Coordination team, you provide operational support to installation sites.
You act as the link between sites, supply chain, logistics and project teams, ensuring material availability & on-time deliveries.
Key responsibilities
1. Act as the interface between site / installation teams, Project Managers and Supply Chain
2. Create and follow up parts requests in SAP based on site requirements
3. Ensure project information is kept up to date in ERP tools: SAP and SVMX
4. Organize shipments of parts and equipment to sites worldwide
5. Prepare and verify export documentation
6. Communicate proactively in case of delays, incidents or changes
Profile
You have
7. You have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or international transport, or equivalent experience
8. A first professional experience is an asset
9. Good command of Excel
10. experience in SAP is an asset
11. Knowledge of Incoterms and export flows
12. Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)

13. Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage priorities
