Objectives of this Role
* Develop and implement communication plans for IT services and projects
* Ensure all IT-related messages are clear, concise, and adapted to non-technical audiences

* Collaborate with IT teams to gather accurate information and turn it into user-friendly content
* Promote IT initiatives and tools to improve adoption and user experience
* Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure consistent messaging
Key Responsibilities
* Draft and distribute IT service announcements, maintenance notifications, and project updates
* Create engaging content for newsletters, intranet posts, and internal social platforms
* Prepare FAQs, guides, and quick tips for IT tools and processes
* Monitor feedback from users and garages to improve communication effectiveness
* Maintain a communication calendar for IT initiatives and service changes
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
* 2–4 years of experience in corporate or internal communication roles
* Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
* Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills (NL - FR - UK)
* Strong organisational and project management abilities
* Proficiency in SharePoint and digital communication platforms (Teams, Viva)
* Openness to emerging technologies and ability to leverage AI tools for content creation and optimisation
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with IT teams
Preferred Skills
* Experience in IT or technology-related communication
* Knowledge of change management principles (e.g., ADKAR)
* Basic understanding of IT service management (ITIL) concepts
* Skills in graphic design or content creation tools (ex: Adobe Suite)
