For one of our key clients—an international player in the energy and industrial sector—we are currently looking for a Piping TP Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing piping test pack (TP) activities within a complex project environment, ensuring a smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and a high-quality, timely system handover.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate and manage all TP folder workflows with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders (including NoBo)
* Align on TP schedules and proactively follow up on required inputs and actions
* Prepare, maintain, and distribute TP progress and status reports
* Track the receipt and release of piping TP folders
* Ensure TP documentation complies with project procedures and quality standards
* Verify test types (Hydrostatic, Pneumatic, Service, Visual) and corresponding test pressures
* Ensure correct categorization and follow-up of punch list items in line with procedures
* Liaise with Project Engineers to maintain a consolidated set of P&IDs indicating test pack limits
* Ensure inspection test packs and quality records are properly collected, indexed, and available for phased handover
* Identify documentation deficiencies and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders
* Maintain and update the Completion & Turnover database in a timely manner
* Monitor and track punch list items until closure
* Review engineering input data and raise discrepancy reports where needed
* Support the upload and validation of QC documentation within the Completion & Turnover system
* Monitor quality pack completion and highlight risks to support timely system handover
* Prepare weekly status reports for planning and project management
PROFILE:
* Solid background in piping disciplines
* Proven experience in coordinating piping test packs and pressure testing activities
* Familiar with completion and turnover management processes
* Strong organizational and coordination skills
* Detail-oriented with a structured way of working
* Able to work autonomously and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
