A company active in the business centers sector is seeking an enthusiastic professional to join its small, dynamic team as a strongFlying Front Office Manager. /strong /ppIn this role, you#39;ll support the Operations Director by ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple locations while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. /ppIf you enjoy variety, independence, and working in a client-facing environment, this may be the ideal opportunity for you! /pbr /p strong Your Work Environment /strong /pp Join a strongsmall, dynamic team /strong within the real estate sector.br / Enjoy strongautonomy and variety, working independently /strong in different locations.br / Experience a mix of strong85% front-office and 15% back-office tasks /strong while liaising frequently with colleagues, clients, and partners.br / Work during strongstandard office hours (Mon-Fri) /strong, with shifts between strong8:00 AM - 6:00 PM /strong based on operational needs. /pbr /p strong Your Role Responsibilities /strong /ppAs the central linchpin of operations, you will:br / strongMulti-site support /strong - Travel across locations (Brussels, Zaventem, Grimbergen, Antwerp, Turnhout, and prospective future locations) as needed.br / strongAdministrative operational assistance /strong - Assist the Operations Director with daily operational tasks, process improvements, and the rollout of new procedures.br / strongClient team interaction /strong - Maintain professional communication with clients, visitors, and suppliers in Dutch, English, and French.br / strongOffice event management /strong - Manage day-to-day center operations, email correspondence, scheduling, and event logistics.br / strongFacility maintenance /strong - Ensure strict adherence to all maintenance protocols while proactively resolving any issues.br / strongClient onboarding /strong - Facilitate new client setups, including office arrangements, access, documentation, and connectivity.br / strongSales representation /strong - Represent and professionally promote services to clients during visits and inquiries. /pbr /p strong Your Profile Skills /strong /ppWe are looking for a dedicated, adaptable, and detail-oriented professional with:br / Fluency in strongDutch, English, and French /strong (written spoken).br / Strong strongadministrative capabilities /strong and a meticulous attention to detail.br / A professional appearance aligned with a strongneutral dress code policy /strong. /pp Exceptional strongorganizational and multitasking skills /strong. /pp Proficiency in strongMicrosoft Office Suite /strong. /pp strongPunctuality, flexibility, and a positive mindset /strong. /pp The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a strong work ethic.br / Relevant prior strongexperience /strong, with a strongbachelor#39;s degree /strong in a relevant field being a plus. /p pstrongMindset Flexibility: /strongbr / strongProactive, solution-oriented, and dynamic /strong attitude.br / Respect for company guidelines and adapted processes.br / strongWillingness to cover for absent colleagues /strong (shifts between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM).br / On-site presence is strongmandatory /strong (remote work not offered). /pbr /p strong Our Offer /strong /pp strongSalary: /strong €3,200 - €3,500 gross/month.br / strongMeal vouchers /strong (€8/day) + eco-vouchers.br / strongCompany car + fuel card /strong (for professional travel).br / Work in a dynamic, stronginternational environment /strong in contact with professionals across various sectors. /pbr / Multi Site, Protocols, Attention to detail, Documentation, Maintenance, Solution Oriented, New Customers, Adaptability, Problem Management, Scheduling, Work Ethic, Policy, Operational Tasks, Event Logistics, Stress tolerance, Attention to detail, Organization Skills, Customer Onboarding, Connectivity, Multi Tasking, Proactivity, Company policies, Rollout, Event Management, Flexibility, Operations, Administration, New Procedures, Service, MS Office Suite, Proactivity, Process Development
