Your role:
- Collaborate with the finance team to map out current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure clear documentation of all IT-related workflows.
- Define project scope, estimate required resources, and develop realistic roadmaps for strategic initiatives, with a focus on finance-related technology implementations.
- Create a structured project methodology, ensure adoption by internal and external stakeholders, and provide guidance throughout its application.
- Coordinate with external vendors, monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement timely corrective measures—particularly during ERP configuration and data migration.
- Support end users during testing and validation phases, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
- Contribute to the development of digital innovation within the finance department.
Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience managing or supporting complex digital projects within financial environments.
- Solid knowledge of ERP, CRM, and OCR systems, as well as related IT architectures.
- Experience with tools such as Unit4, Clearwater, or iRaiser is a plus but not required.
- Proven experience in optimizing finance processes (e.g., quote-to-cash) and aligning IT systems accordingly.
- Keen interest in digital trends within finance and the ability to introduce innovative use cases.
- Skilled at translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively with a range of profiles including developers, data experts, and business users.
- Clear communicator, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Able to maintain structure and momentum in complex project environments.
- Creative, problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
- Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of French and English.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Boomi, or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
