Summary:
This role will focus on growing sales with allocated small and medium-sized customers within Europe. Growing customer and creating opportunities and thereby satisfying customer and generating profitable sales.
Essential Functions:
1. Maintain & develop allocated existing small customers into medium customers
2. Maintain & develop medium-sized customers & determine which have the potential to become major customers
3. Prepare the transition of medium-sized accounts converted to major customers to the KAM Team
4. Monitor customer accounts and identify upsell opportunities
5. Track and update customer information in SFL
6. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
7. Follow up on allocated leads and inquiries via outbound cold calls and emails
8. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
9. Collaborate with the KAM team to ensure customer satisfaction, when required
10. Liaise between the customer and internal teams
11. Prepare and present sales proposals
12. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
13. Maintain knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions
14. Perform other duties as assigned or as needed
Qualifications:
15. BA/BS degree in engineering commercial studies or equivalent with a min of 2 years of relevant experience in international Sales or Customer Service. Experience in the busbar industry is a definite plus.
