Job Description
1. Leading and mentoring the EHS team to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
2. Acting as a key member of the site leadership team to foster a culture of EHS excellence and implement behavior-based initiatives.
3. Monitoring and addressing EHS-related issues such as compliance, risk reduction, and hazard detection, actively contributing to solutions.
4. Developing and delivering high-quality on-site EHS training and support the achievement of EHS objectives and goals.
5. Review and evaluate EHS audit and self-assessment results. Identify support requirements to closing gaps and progress on closing actions.
6. Ensure good and transparent relationship with global stakeholders.
7. External Interaction to represent the group with local authorities and government and institutions, act as the employer for the legal entity.
