✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
* Day-to-day incident monitoring and resolution (ServiceNow preferred)
* Interact with IT and business users on functional issues
* Triage issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution
* Follow service management processes (Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem, etc.)
* Maintain agreed SLA levels and assure quality of delivery at all times
* Adhere to the shift rotation plan and operating model
* Coordinate communications between suppliers, OEM and other IT stakeholders for the relevant area
* Track and report progress to stakeholders, including on-call support after out-of-office hours
💻 WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE?
* ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, SLM and Knowledge Management processes)
* IT endpoint knowledge and endpoint support (applicable on production lines)
* Manufacturing shop floor systems
* Line-side IT devices (printers, scanners, MRTs)
* Barcode scanners and barcode printers
* Smart devices and shop floor touchpoints
* Service management processes (Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem)
* SLA-focused operations and quality of delivery practices
🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Years' experience: 4–6 years
English: B2
Spanish: High / Native
Required qualification: Diploma
Shift work: Mandatory
On-call support: Required (including out-of-office hours)
📅 WHERE AND WHEN?
Workplace: On-site — Getafe
Work Schedule: 1st Shift 6:30 am till 2:30 pm; 2nd Shift 11:00 am till 7:00 pm; On-call support for out of hours issues; Extended shifts or weekend support as per customer expectations
