Job Description We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to manage one of Sopra Steria’s most important P1 strategic clients in the Financial Services sector. In this role, you will be 100% dedicated to this client in Belgium, working closely with the Global Account Manager (GAM), the Global Delivery Manager (GDM), and the rest of the account team to drive growth, ensure excellence in service delivery, and deepen this long-standing partnership. Your Mission: You are part of the global management team of the client, and you are accountable for a dedicated business scope You understand the Customer agile organization, objectives, and projects to anticipate their needs and bring value to the Customer. Main challenges to drive are : Cloud migration Offshorization / team transformation Managed Services Development lifecycle You ensure the success of Sopra Steria engagements to the Customer You lead the governance with the Customer You create proximity and relationship with customer key profiles (Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Chapter Leads,…) You keep proximity with your team members and create a real community mindset with all consultants working on your scope You lead Sopra Steria team and ensure the day-to-day operational on your dedicated scope You ensure the staffing from needs description to onboarding on customer project (includes interview and contractual aspects) with support of our internal organization such as HR. You detect new opportunities and initiate the sales process in collaboration with the Account Manager You support the monthly financial closing activities (closing, invoicing, forecasting)
