My client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant to join their team. As a technical/functional consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients optimise their Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. You will leverage your expertise to design, implement, and support solutions that meet client requirements, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse client requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
* Implement and configure Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including customisations, workflows, and integrations.
* Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the project lifecycle, ensuring successful deployments and user adoption.
* Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients, enabling them to maximise the value of their Dynamics 365 CE systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support post-implementation.
* Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics features and trends, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
Key Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE consulting role.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE functionalities, customisation, and configuration.
* Proficiency in technical and functional consulting, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
* Experience with integration of Dynamics 365 CE with other systems.
* Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills:
* Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
* Experience with Azure, Power Platform, and other related Microsoft technologies.
* Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
