Context A leading organization operating across Belgium and Luxembourg is deploying the Coupa Source to Pay (S2P) solution and strengthening its IT project teams. This assignment is part of a group-wide international transformation program, involving multiple entities and close collaboration between business teams (Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain), IT, the Coupa vendor, and a system integrator. Objective of the Assignment The IT Functional Lead – Source to Pay acts as the functional authority and central coordination point between business stakeholders, IT teams, the Coupa vendor, and the integrator. Key objectives include: Translating business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications Ensuring consistent and efficient deployment of the Coupa solution Driving user adoption and engagement Supporting delivery in line with timelines, quality standards, and group guidelines Main Responsibilities Functional Leadership & Business Analysis Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain Produce detailed functional specifications Model and document Source to Pay processes, including: Procure to Pay (P2P) Sourcing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Catalog management Invoicing Challenge business needs constructively to ensure optimal solutions Ensure alignment with core model and group standards Coordination & Communication Coordinate functional activities between business teams, IT, Coupa, and the system integrator Act as the main functional point of contact for S2P topics Foster collaboration in a multi-entity, international environment Testing & Deployment Support data cleansing and data quality initiatives (suppliers, items, catalogs) Define and track project KPIs (data quality, testing progress, deployment readiness) Design test scenarios and cases with key users Organize and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases Support go-live activities and provide user assistance during deployment Change Management & Training Organize and deliver training sessions with local project teams Adapt and improve training materials Support key users and promote adoption of the solution Required Skills Functional & IT Skills Strong expertise in business requirements analysis and documentation Ability to challenge stakeholders and drive decisions Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in international and multi-cultural environments Source to Pay Expertise Procure to Pay (P2P) and e-invoicing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Sourcing and tendering processes Electronic catalog management (including punch-out) Supplier performance monitoring (KPIs) Supplier Risk Management (financial & CSR) Integration of ESG criteria into procurement Category management Profile Required Master’s degree in IT, Business, or Project Management Minimum 10 years of experience as a Functional Lead or Business Analyst in Source to Pay environments Proven track record in procurement solution deployments Mandatory experience with Coupa Ability to work autonomously in complex, fast-paced environments Languages Fluent in French and English Dutch is a plus Application Environment S2P platform: Coupa ERP: DBS (AS400) Accounting: Coda Legacy procurement: Lotus Notes (IBM) Project management: JIRA Collaboration: Microsoft Teams Office tools: Microsoft Office
