Responsibilities:
1. Leading the initiation, definition and implementation of the program
2. Building a program roadmap and ensuring that it is realized
3. Managing a team of experienced project managers
4. Follow-up of the realization of the program objectives
5. Reporting on the progress of the realization of the program objectives to the business management
6. Follow-up of the benefit realization and the costs incurred
7. Management of the program risks and dependencies with other programs and projects
8. Monitoring the proper functioning of the core team

Qualifications
13. Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics
14. years experience in consultancy and if possible experience in managing complex programs
15. Experience with ERPs implementation (e.g. SAP, Oracle...)
16. Strong leadership
17. Good facilitator
18. Being able to bring structure, being able to keep calm
19. Language skills: Dutch and English
