Position Overview
The Assistant Marketing Manager for Personal Health in Hong Kong plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and sales growth for the company's Personal Health portfolio. The ideal candidate is a proactive and creative marketer with strong analytical skills, deep market insight, and a passion for consumer health products.
1.1 Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning: Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies and annual plans for the Personal Health product portfolio.
Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.
Product Launches: Assist with the planning and rollout of new product launches, including market research, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch analysis.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, influencer engagement, content creation, and performance tracking.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials, trade marketing programs, and in-store activation plans.
Agency & Vendor Management: Liaise with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure high-quality and timely execution of campaigns and projects.
Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effectiveness of activities.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, market data, and ROI for management review.
1.2 Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods sectors.
Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong market and consumer behavior.
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, project management, and organizational abilities.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
