This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or junior professional with an internship or short experience who’s eager to grow in the world of business analysis, IT, and process optimization.
Understand & Analyse Business Needs
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to capture, challenge, and refine requirements.
Translate business needs into structured documentation and user stories.
Support ongoing service management, small change requests, and problem analysis.
Analyse existing workflows and identify areas for efficiency, automation, or customer impact.
Help assess the effects of regulatory, operational, or client-driven changes.
Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and align with strategic goals.
Test, Validate & Improve
Participate in test preparation, execution, and feedback cycles.
Validate business requirements through user acceptance testing.
Suggest optimisations and improvements based on user input and data insights.
Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Support change initiatives by helping teams understand and adopt new processes or tools.
Contribute to documentation, training, and internal communication materials.
A clear communicator and team player who values collaboration and impact.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
~0–2 years of experience, ideally with an internship in business analysis, IT, or process improvement.
~ Basic familiarity with Agile, testing, or process modelling tools (JIRA, Zephyr, BPMN) is a plus.
~ Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the other.
~ Fluent in English (spoken and written).
