Job Title: Multifaceted Maintenance Professional
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate between €14.50 to €16.50, negotiable based on experience. Additionally, you will receive eco vouchers of €250 annually, meal vouchers of €8 per worked day, necessary materials, work clothing, and a pleasant work atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities:
As a multifaceted maintenance professional, your tasks will include thoroughly cleaning ceilings, walls, floors, and other components at customers' premises. You will also dispose of household goods and furniture, perform small demolition work such as breaking out kitchens, ceilings, or floors, and conduct initial management after damage at people's homes or businesses. Furthermore, you will collect, transport, and later return inventory and belongings to the customer.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be motivated and eager to work. You should not be afraid of dirt or heavy work and have basic language skills in Dutch, French, or English to communicate with colleagues and customers.
