Marketing & Content Manager
Location: Onsite in Brussels, Belgium

neutralize todays' and tomorrow's aerial threats.

headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, in the heart of Europe.
About you
You are an experienced and highly-motivated Marketing & Content Manager that has
experience with design, communication, advertising. Ideally, you have worked in a defense-
adjacent industry.
What you'll do
* Be one of the first members of a high-performing team, designing and developing
autonomous countermeasures to protect allied countries from aerial threats
* Own the execution of the company marketing and communication strategy
* Ensure that the company is well represented across multimedia publications such
as newspapers, digital outlets and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, …)
* Organize tradeshow attendance, including booth design, construction, delivery and
meeting schedule with partners and customers during the event
* Define and monitor KPIs for communication campaigns and tradeshow attendance
* Create and manage communication content and marketing material such as flyers,
whitepapers, pictures, videos, datasheets, press releases, etc.
* Create and maintain technical manuals and support material and update regularly
the website
* Identify and organize external creative contractors
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Design or equivalent
* Demonstrable experience in the role in a B2B company
* Experience in managing corporate communication on multiple channels, including
social media
* Excellent copywriting and content-management abilities, ideally in English, Dutch
and French are a plus
* Experience in designing and laying out communication and marketing
documentation such as flyers, datasheets, manuals, catalogues, corporate
presentations, etc.
* Experience with international fairs attendance organization, booths, roll-ups, etc.
* Experience with setting up multi-channel, targeted advertising campaigns
* Proficiency with the Adobe suite or equivalent
* Experience engaging and communicating with external contractor and agencies
* Excellent written and spoken English, French or Dutch is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Proficient in one or more of the following: 3D product rendering, video making,
product photography
* Experience working within defense-adjacent fields
